Be at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let every new year find you a better man.”

—by Benjamin Franklin

All things Bright and Beautiful

Every new year brings with it a breath of fresh air and a renewed sense of purpose. New years are time for new beginnings, fresh starts and to experience all things life has to offer. Let this new year be a harbinger of change for you, be it in terms of new experiences or a resolution to be a new and improved person, or just simply to change your outlook and perspective on situations.

Life has so many joys and opportunities to offer us, but in this fast-paced world we often forget to count our blessings and tend to focus our energies on what we do not have.

This new year make a simple resolution, to be thankful for all that you have, take a moment each day to simply enjoy these blessings and start your day with a smile.

Thoughts and Inspirations

Sometimes even on the best of days, we lose our inspiration and motivation but that is okay. We all have those days where we feel less then productive and cannot build the enthusiasm to work. On such days try to put your thoughts and feelings in order, write down the reasons why you may feel this way, listen to your own thoughts, they are trying to tell you something and take time to think over it. We often take these small things for granted, and these small signs will help form the bigger picture for you.

This new year resolve to listen to your own thoughts, start building your faith in yourself and promise yourself to smile more. Keep the sadness away and trust that better things are just around the corner, you just have to do is seek, and you shall find it.

Raise a Toast to the Past Decade, and Cheers for the New Beginning

Embrace the new year by remembering the past, as without your past you would not be where you are today, raise a toast to it, acknowledge it, take all the good from your past accept your shortcomings and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose. Be proactive, do not procrastinate, be constructive, do not be critical, smile more and see the new year surprise and astonish you with all that you deserve and more.

"You’ll never get bored when you try something new. There’s really no limit to what you can do."
